An integration is a unique connection between ThreadSync and an external system (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or a custom API endpoint). Multiple data flows within the same system count as one integration. For example, syncing both Contacts and Opportunities from a single Salesforce org counts as one integration.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the cost will be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service.
We offer a 30-day proof-of-concept period for qualified organizations. This includes full access to Professional tier features so you can properly evaluate the platform. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements and get started.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can arrange custom payment terms including purchase orders and net-30/60/90 terms.
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your plan limits. If you exceed limits, your integrations will continue to run, and we'll work with you to upgrade to an appropriate plan. We never cut off access unexpectedly.
