Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ThreadSync's enterprise integration platform and SMS notification service ("Service"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ThreadSync provides enterprise integration and communication services, including:

• Enterprise system integration (Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
• Real-time monitoring and alerting
• SMS notifications for support and system alerts
• Wallace AI-powered automation
• Analytics and reporting dashboards

To use ThreadSync services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you:

• Consent to receive SMS messages from ThreadSync
• Confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided
• Agree to receive messages even if your number is on a Do Not Call list
• Understand that consent is not a condition of purchase

You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message
• Contacting our support team at support@threadsync.io
• Updating your preferences in your account settings

You will receive a final confirmation message upon opting out.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper operation of the service
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

ThreadSync and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including all intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we process it only to provide and improve our services.

Service level commitments, including uptime targets and service credits, are defined in your Order Form or SLA Addendum. Specific availability commitments and credit schedules vary by plan tier and are documented in your individual agreement. Contact your account representative for SLA terms applicable to your subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreadSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. ThreadSync may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
